Support services
Assistance to organise and maintain household items to improve safety, accessibility and independence within the home.
Support with decluttering and reducing excess household items to create safe, functional and accessible living spaces, including assistance to sort items for donation or disposal in accordance with the participant's direction.
Assistance to establish practical, personalised organising systems that support the participant to locate, access and maintain their belongings more independently.
Support to sort, categorise and label household items and storage containers to improve accessibility, routine and ease of use.
Assistance to organise non-clinical household items, including pantry items, clothing, linen, , paperwork and other personal belongings.
Assistance to prepare unwanted household items for donation or disposal, including transport of donation items and general household rubbish where appropriate.
Ongoing maintenance sessions to support participants in maintaining organised, safe and functional home environments, available on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or other agreed schedule.
