Support services
We have extensive experience servicing NDIS participants with various intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities. We offer a non judgemental, compassionate service and are extremely sensitive to and respectful of your needs.
The services that we offer NDIS clients aim to improve the quality of life for our clients and their families, and to make the activities of daily living easier.
Services:
Our services fall under several categories, including In-home support for daily living activities, core supports and capacity building.
We have worked with many adult and children NDIS participants with psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities, ADHD, ASD, OCD, PTSD, Multiple Sclerosis, visual & hearing impairments, Cerebral Palsy and issues with hoarding.
We are non-judgemental, compassionate and empathetic.
We will do everything we can to empower you and help improve your quality of life, and we will never force you to part with your belongings or implement systems you are not comfortable with.
If you are unsure if you qualify for our services under the NDIS scheme, we will review your plan and advise what our services would fall under.
Please note we are not a registered NDIS provider.
Examples of what we can do for NDIS participants:
Support work (NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card holders).
Installation of storage racks, shelving and cupboards.
Assistance with hoarding, decluttering and removing rubbish or items to be donated.
Organising and implementing easy-to-use and maintained systems in all areas of the home.
Organising and categorising items into tubs, containers, boxes and baskets and applying labels for easy identification.
Organising and categorising medications.
Shopping for or with the participant for products to organise their home*.
Removal of large furniture items and/or large amounts of rubbish or items to be donated to charity.
Regular maintenance on a monthly, bimonthly or quarterly basis.

*Unless your plan outlines certain products that align with your goals or you have a letter endorsing specific products from an allied health professional, NDIS funding does not cover products. These will need to be purchased separately.
